Razer viper ultime blocks side buttons when holds alt or ctrl key

Recently i adquire the mouse in the title. I use to play league of legend and inside the game, i use the lateral buttos (mouse 4 and 5) for the magics ignite or flash. But when i hold alt to send an alert or use a magic on my self i can´t launch the magic and i´ts pretty annoying. I don´t know if anyone has enconter whir the same problem and fix it but i apreciate if yo can tell me the solution. P.D: Sorry for mi bad english, and thank you in advance. Also it´s mi first time doing a post.

    welcome to the club mate, faso no problemo i think is just macros glithc. un sign your macros button, close the synapse and re sign all the macros u need try this hope it works

    Try to repair the Synapse application by following the steps here and reinstalling the driver of your mouse. If you're still experiencing the same issue, PM me the serial number of your device so I can validate its model specifications and look for other workarounds to help you address the problem.
