Razer Naga Trinity Scroll Wheel Not Working

I just bought this mouse yesterday without a box and for some reason the scroll wheel isn't functioning properly. clicking it down, left and right work, just cant scroll up or down with it. the buttons behind it, the sensitivity buttons don't seem to work either. the mouse looks fine. no scratches or looks of use. I've installed synapses 3 and tried uninstalling and reinstalling the mouse driver but, it didn't fix it. all the other buttons seem to work with no issues.

    have u tried to close synapse or re installing synapse software ?

    Try to temporarily disable the Synapse application to further isolate the issue. If the problem persists even without Synapse running in the background and on multiple PCs, it's highly likely a hardware problem.
