One month old razer hammerhead TWS (v2) right earbud died

It was fine when I was walking home. But when I tried to use it (right before a zoom call), my right earbud died. Did anyone experience the same issue? I tried all the troubleshooting steps. Except, my right earbud literally wouldn’t turn on. RGB doesn’t light up, no sound, no ANC. I suspect that the earbud died. Which is funny considering I left it on the table. After a few hours, it literally just… died.

    Did you already try the steps here? Otherwise, it's a hardware problem. PM me the serial number and share a copy of your receipt so I can start a case and forward it to the RMA Team for a replacement request. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
