• S/N
• P/N
• Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
• Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
• Photo of the damaged Activation Code

Got a blackshark v2 X from amazon and i over scratched the activation code. Working though the razer website to get a new one emailed to me just sends me through a "register your product" loop. I have the product in question registered.
