Razer Nari Ultimate Headphones PLEASE HELP

so this headphone literally just arrived, i was so excited because i can finally play games with my friends, but nevermind. I spent 5 hours fixing the connections, it still didnt work. I tried charging, reinstalling, replug EVERY SINGLE WIRE, the microphone works surprisingly, but there was no audio at all, i installed the software where you use it to connect stuff about this headphone, but the device still didnt show up in razer synapse which by the way i installed it for like 20 times. The device was showed in device and sounds settings, but it never works, Im honestly so tired of razer products. If this is not fixed at the end, Im never gonna buy another razer product for the rest of my life.

    Were you able to test it on both wired and wireless connections? Did you already try the steps here? If the same problem persists even if the Synapse application is not running and on multiple devices, that's highly likely a hardware problem.
