bluetooth problems raiju ultimate

so i have bought a razer raiju ultimate around a year ago and it worked fine and all of that. i was quite pleased with the product. now around a month ago my raiju dindnt want to connect via bluetooth anymore. i can used it wired and i works completly fine. but i can no longer connect it without the wire. this defeats the purpose of buying a wireless controller. so i tried everything i updated my razer syapse and central. i updated my pc and programs and drivers. i updated the thing for the controler itself. and then i tried to remove and re-ad it in my bluetooth settings: but i litterly cant. it just wont let me delete it from my settings, and i dont know if this might even solve the problem if i can. does sombady with more technical skills know what might caused the problem and how to solve it?

Did you already check the mode switch in case you missed it? Update the firmware by following the steps here. If that didn't help, it's highly likely a hardware issue.
