Hi everyone
A few days ago I bought a new pair of headphones (The razer Blackshark V2X). The same day i open them and connect them to my pc, i join i discord call and my friend said that he could hear himself from me. I leave the call and start doing some tests. After a few minutes I realised that he was right and i could hear the videos that i had in the background two times. So, my question is that can i fix this problem with some settings or I must adjust the volume and the boost of the microphone untill i find the perfect setting????
(I have downloaded only the 7.1 surround system software for the headphones, I have put the spliter and the 3,5 jacks they are on the right spots)

Have you tried to reinstall the driver from the device manager?

Did you already check the steps here? You can also proceed with these steps if the first one didn't help.
