so razer locked my thead because they didn't want to see how lazy they are at responding back to me. Its been 4 days and they finally got back to me because they were on "days off", i guess they only have 1 person working at razer....
I"m re-posting this because people need to see this respond to this horrible work razer is doing to fix a issue. I will link what they said this time,

They want me to do all of this when this issue has been going on for the past 6 months....i just dont understand how this company functions and is still on the market...wow just wow
They keep switching you to the wrong person over and over and over again...

So here we are 2 months later and still posting the same shit since day one, and they ask for the same thing all over again. Razer has really become just plain trash when it comes to their tech support. the sad thing is, this was posted months ago and they still didn't even fix that guys issue seeing how its the exactly the same sound. I have about 30 emails of them switching tech support people in and out, and each of them have no fucking clue what is going on.
they still can't fix it...
i'm done with this product.
So i said to hell with this, and did a fresh install of windows 11, and I'm not even in the insider program anymore. Well after about 3-4 mins into listening to some music after spending 3-4 hours installing a fresh windows THE SAME THING KEPT HAPPENING. This truly shows how shitty their senior engineering level support is because they were having meetings on this and calling me. Looks like they can't fix their own product and love to sale shitty accessories to their customers. Well I'm done with this trash company and i hope everyone else is as well. do not purchase anything from them. Its complete trash.
