Razer Raptor 27 165Hz Firmware Update

Got the above mentioned monitor as a replacement for my 144Hz model that had dead pixels through the warranty. I can't seem to get the firmware update utility to work. USB-C is plugged in and it definitely recognized it because it wanted to install the Synapse software. But the Firmware utility doesn't seem to recognize it. I did submit a ticket but they seem to be misunderstanding me since they are asking me question like my monitor is dead or dying and its not, its working fine, just want to figure out why the firmware utility isn't working. Has anyone else ran into this?

    Also I installed Synapse to see if it recognizes everything and it does, it even says there is a firmware update available. The issue seems to be specifically with the firmware update utility.

    Nevermind figured it out, for some reason I need to do the USB-C from Video Card to the Monitor for it to work rather that the one on my motherboard.
