The audio output- Speakers(THX Spatial - synapse) gives no output, despite the fact that I've set it as the default device as well as reinstalled and updated drivers and razer synapse multiple times. The only output that works is the "Headset Earphone (Razer Audio Controller - Chat)" , but nothing else gives any output.

The only output that works is the "Headset Earphone (Razer Audio Controller - Chat)" , but nothing else gives any output.
    Try to reinstall the driver of your headset in the device manager and update the firmware by following the steps here. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model specifications and look for other workarounds to help you resolve the audio output issue of your Razer Kraken TE headset. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
