Hello, I have Razer kraken 7.1 V2 headsets, I am using it from last 3 years without any problems, but from last few days suddenly my Synapse 2.0 stopped working, and my audio in device manager changes to CONEXANT USB AUDIO instead of Razer kraken 7.1 V2. now I didn't find firmware anywhere for razer kraken 7.1 V2. now I have to reinstall my driver, but I couldn't find it. I have re-installed synapse 2.0 several times but it does not launch, every time when I double-click on synapse 2.0 after successful install nothing happens. - Please provide me solution. any help would be appreciated Best Regards, Thanks.

    That's odd. Please uninstall your Razer Synapse 2.0, install, run the Razer Driver Cleanup tool, restart your computer and reinstall the Razer Synapse 2.0 again. Also, ensure your headset is connected directly to our computer's USB port. You may want to test it into another USB port and computer. I'll be locking this thread now.
