I've recently bought the Razer Kraken v3 headset, and couldn't figure out how to activate the Surround sound, I saw I needed a code for it but couldn't find a way to get it. When I looked on the Razer website it said the Kraken v3 had surround sound, but when I looked further it didn't show in the list of headsets that come with the code? I tried to create a support ticket but the website tried it's hardest to not let me. I haven't bought the headset from the official site but from a place in my country. When I tried to ask for a new activation code I needed to get even more codes which I didn't know where to find. How do I get an activation code? Thanks

    Are you referring to the Razer Kraken V3 X headset? Ensure to register the device first by clicking this link. Once done, please check your inbox and spam/junk folder if you have received the 7.1 Surround Sound code via email within 24-48 hours.
