Synapse won't let me change my Keybindings anymore (Basilisk V3)

Hey guys, I got my new Basilisk V3 today and it is my first Razer product. So, I am also new to to the synapse software, but now I am stuck while trying to configure the key bindings. When I click on any key, I want to rebind it does not give me the side menu anymore. This started when I was configuring the side-scroll-feature. I think it is a problem with the profile saving. Also the "three dot button" doesn't work on the key binding screen. On other pages, like the lighting one, it does work. I have already tried to restart my PC, resetting the mouse in synapse and reinstalled the entire software. Nothing helped. I cannot edit the keys in any profile anymore. Does anyone have a clue how I can fix that? Help would be really appreciated.
