RAZER KITTY HEADSET KEEPS DISCONNECTING

I closed synapse app, reinstalled and updated synapse and tried to move the headphones around, they still disconnect and reconnect, when they reconnect the mic mute and some sort of usb plugin keeps turning on and off and small screen freeze.

    Same here, had this headset for just over a year and had no issues, now suddenly it pops, disconnects and reconnects multiple times, but only really when a game is open. talking on discord or watching YouTube it never happens

    Please isolate the headset's behavior by performing the steps from this article. You may also want to connect the said device to your other USB port or computer to narrow down the behavior. Ensure that the headset is plugged into your PC's USB port directly, not through a USB hub. I’ll be locking this thread now.
