How to fix "unable to retrieve your games current settings" in Razer Cortex.

Hello! I had this issuse with valorant on Razer Cortex. When I go to Boost Prime and valorant it said, "Unable to retrieve your games current settings. Please resatrt the game or change in-game settings. I don't know how to fix this and tried fixes like, Removing it form libary, restarting the game aswell changing settings, deleteing the game and reinstalling it. Nothing working how do oyu fix this.
