Please help - platforms won't stop synching

Hello everyone, I started using Razer Cortex just today and found out you could sync different platforms around two hours ago. Because of stupid curiosity, I clicked on disconnect for my steam library and since then it has been trying to un-sync it but stopped there. Nothing happens but the loading symbol. I tried reinstalling all razer software, changing the privacy settings on steam on private and then public again but nothing that I tried worked. Does anyone know what else I could do?
