Hammerhead tws pro left earbud draining faster
Its been 2 days since i m using my earbuds and upgraded to latest firmware version also through razer app. But i noticed that after fully charged my left earbud battery drains faster than right its like 12 to 15% difference between both.
Is it a defect or is it due to razer uses left earbud to connect to device and right bud to connect to left earbud as on internet i read other companies uses vice versa.

fastheavenBlueLagoon481Sorry to hear that your newly acquired earbuds are experiencing a quick battery issue. What is the make/model of your phone? Try placing both earbuds into the charging case, close the lid for five seconds, then take them out of the charging case to reset the device. Once done, please charge the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro until you get the static green LED status and see if it helps. I’ll be locking this thread now.
