Hi I bought the Razer Kraken 2019 and I wanted to know whether or not it is normal that I cant see it in Synapse 3,2 or my windows settings. It just shows up as a Realtek device, not as Razer Kraken.

      I think your Kraken uses an analog connection. Can you send me your Kraken's serial number via PM so I can confirm this?
