Razer Hammerhead true wireless X static noise

I bought these earbuds yesterday and when I used them yesterday they were still okay. but the next day the left earbud made a static sound while I was listening to a song. this is very annoying. I've never dropped my earbuds and I've never wet them. The static sound is louder when I'm listening to music. Static sound is also heard when not connected to bluetooth.

    Does the issue happen while the earbuds are paired to another device? Is the static only happening to a certain application?

    It still happen if i paired the earbud to another device. The issue does not only happen on certain application, it make static noise when not connected/paired and when connected/paired
