No start after opening the lid

I use a new Razor 17 (2021). From the beginning I had the follwing problem: After I open the lid and press the power button the laptop looks like in a sleepmode and the LED on the front is flashing green. I thought, when the lid ist open the front LED should be off ... Nothing helped. It´s a interessting problem, because as long as I don´t close the lid the laptop starts normal. Who can help? Who knows the problem?
