New Razer 15 issues

I received my 15 last week and have had nothing but issues since I turned it on for the first time. I’ve reached out to support and haven't gotten any help so I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction. The touchpad doesn’t work properly. You can move the cursor but neither left or right click work and it will randomly get stuck on the select tool. I tried connecting a mouse via usb and that seems to work better but randomly will stop working and has the same issues. I bought the thunderbolt 4 dock with the laptop and Windows won’t detect external monitors. I get a message that the dock doesn’t send enough power for the laptop to run properly. External speakers connect but don’t play sound. Programs randomly close and the overall performance of the laptop is awful. Can anyone help me out? I’m to the point of returning it but I can’t even get Razer Support to respond to start the process of the return.
