Razer Blackshark V2 with USB Sound Card doesn't play sound

This problem only happens on my laptop, I've used it on another computer and it works perfectly fine. I have tried to plug the thing into other usb ports and reinstalling/updating drivers but it still doesn't work. Also when I plug the headphones directly to the computer(using the headphone jack) it plays sound.
