Razer Silver from Purchases from outside retailers

Quick question, would i be able to claim razor silver from purchases i have made from Amazon, BestBuy, Micro-center, Exa? Or can you only get razor silver from buying stuff on the website or razor stores?

I recommend purchasing items from Razer Store (razer.com) while logged in using your Razer ID, so you'll get a reward. By the way, here is a link showing how to earn Razer Silver.
