Razor blade pro 17 not charging

My razor blade 17 pro is not charging. I noticed this morning that the battery was low and not charging. I don't normally check battery life as its always plugged in. I checked the power source and it was fine. The charging adapter had a green led indicator on it but the led power indicator was red on the front of the laptop. The lap top powdered down before I had a chance to recover the battery logs. I opened the laptop up and the battery wasn't bulging or anything. Nothing looks out of place. I removed the battery and plugged the laptop back up to the power adapter to see if it would power up because I had read you could do that but still the laptop will not power up. Any suggestions on what it might be and what should I do to troubleshoot or resolve the problem.

    Try the steps here for further isolation. If that didn't work, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model. I may need to start a case and forward it to the RMA Team for a repair request. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
