Razer Blade Stealth (2016) Charging Issues

I was given a Razer Blade Stealth 12.5" Intel 6500U RZ09-01682, but having issues with the battery/programming. I have made sure the laptop is up to date, drivers are updated, most recent firmware downloaded, and SKU and Serial Number are in the system. The issue I am having is that the laptop will not charge unless the battery is completely drained. (I will have to turn the laptop on repeatedly after it dies until it will start charging again.) I have replaced the battery, replaced the charging cord, and also made sure the battery drivers were up to date. Nothing has worked, and I am unsure what to do next. I have done all of the basic troubleshooting that I can do. Any suggestions/help?

For charging issues, please try to follow the steps here for further isolation. Check the charger and its cable for any damages as well. Feel free to check our self-help for product updates and troubleshooting steps or PM me anytime should you need further assistance.

I have followed the the steps given several times yesterday and unfortunately did not work. I got the charging to work after re-installing the most recent firmware provided at Razer Blade Stealth 12.5” Intel 6500U (2016) | RZ09-01682 Support . After a little bit though, the laptop stopped charging. Now it is back to the original issue of not charging unless the battery is entirely drained again, and if unplugged at all I have to drain the battery. Any help is appreciated, thank you so much for taking time to help me.

Did you already check the charging cable and adapter for any physical damages? I also suggest you try different outlets for further isolation. Otherwise, it's a hardware problem.
