Razer Deathadder v2 pro 2.4ghz not working

As the title suggests I'm having issues with my DAv2P. The mouse works wired and with bluetooth and was working initially with 2.4ghz but it just randomly shut off one day when I was gaming and I can't get it to come back on in that setting. The LED indicator that the mouse is on just shuts off whenever I switch it into that mode. I've updated the drivers, tried pairing it a couple of times. Removed all other 2.4ghz signals in my PC and MAC. Any suggestions?

    I'd RMA it, looks like HW issue for me.

    Yeah I figured that would be the answer but I thought I'd check if anyone had fix. I'll return it to the store since I just got it last weekend. Thanks for the reply
