Webcam Razer Blade 15 not working
Hi,
I own a Razer Blade 15 (Model No.RZ09-0328) and running Windows 10, Version 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1806).
I haven't been able to get my webcam on for some time and I do Windows updates on and off.
I have followed through all troubleshooting steps provided here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3801/~/the-built-in-camera-on-my-razer-blade-is-not-detected
and visited other forums for help to no avail.
When I launch my Camera app, it is an absolute blank black screen, and sometimes the green led light next to the webcam is blinking. After troubleshooting a few times, the green light stopped blinking.
Not sure what I am doing wrong.
Would any of you be able to help? Thank you very much

I am so glad I'm not the only one, I couldn't find barely anyone who was having the exact issues as me. I've tried so many things.
I am facing the same issue and it's really frustrating. I don't know why Razor is not taking care of this issue. I have reached out to them many times but can't get the issue fixed.
arjunsingh_kPlease let me know when they get back to you if they do, I cannot afford to send it in and even if it's months or years from now I'm sure my camera will not be fixed :")
