I dont really know what to do/try anymore. All 3 of my wireless devices have massive problems when connected to the 2,5Ghz Dongle.
- Razer Pro Type Ultra
- Razer Pro Click
- Razer Blackshark V2 Pro
So I bought a whole new setup and installed Windows 11. Since the beginning all 3 of my newly bought devices dont seem to be able to hold a constant connection when connected with the Razer Dongle. The Blackshark Pro seems alright all in all. One thing that only happend once so far in my 3 days of use was, that it started connecting and disconnecting in a loop until i unplugged the dongle and reconnected it.
A workaround that works on my mouse and keyboard is connecting them to bluetooth. (even tho that connection gets sometimes a bit laggy, but cant tell if its really because of the razer products or just my bluetooth antenna being weak? cant imagine that tho since its new and was included with the motherboard)
I dont remember anymore all of the stuff i tried but ive been trying around for like 3 weeks now to get this all working but it simply doesnt do what its supposed to do. Its slowly really making me mad at razer products. I used them without the razer software too, it didnt seem to make a difference. Its kind of hard telling because sometimes it all goes okay for hours and all of the sudden my devies disconnect shorty, just to connect again a few seconds later or sometimes they dont reconnect all together until unplugging them.
Is there a known solution to all of this? It is getting really annoying.
