Hammerhead wireless true wireless one ear bud no longer working

I've been searching online and so far everyone that has an issue with the hammerhead wireless ear buds say to pair the earbuds again, or put the misbehaving one in the case for 5 minutes. My problem is the left ear bud makes no noise at all, I can't even get it to entering pairing mode because when I touch it or tap it or anything it makes no noise at all. It will charge if I put it in the case by itself but it just acts dead otherwise. Has any had this problem or have any insight? I've only been using these headphones for 4 months and I'm sad ones already not working
