My 12 button side panel has several buttons either stuck or no longer registering and I need a replacement part, is there a place I could just buy a new side panel?

    Nope, you cannot buy side panel replacement. You can only try to revive your old one by replacing switches in it.

    Did you already try the steps here? If that didn't help, it's highly likely a hardware problem. PM me the serial number and share a copy of your receipt so I can validate the model of your device and check its warranty status.
