Razer Deathadder V2 PRO Not working

I've had my razer mouse (Razer Deathadder V2 PRO) for like 6 months now and its been working fine but now it stopped working all of a sudden. Like the Mouse itself stopped turning on and it wont charge or anyhting... Ik this isnt a lot of info but any help is appreciated! If you need more details lmk!

    You can try the steps here and update the firmware of your mouse through this guide. If that didn't work, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and look for other steps to help you with the charging problem of your device. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
