Razer nari ultimate disconnecting and reconnecting

Hi Something like 3 days ago my headset randomly disconnected, after about 3 seconds connected. Then after another 3 seconds it happend again and again. So i decided to check if everything is right with my razer softwere. I reinstalled it and it didnt help. After that i restarded my PC. Then i unpluged usb dongle and it was hot asf. I almost dropped it. After cooling it down i pluged it and my headset was connectet for something like 20 minutes then loop started again. So i gave up and turned off my pc. 6 hours later I had some freetime so I runned my pc and like earlier after about 30 minutes same shit was happening. I knew that those headphones can be pluged by jack so i did and it worked. I think that problem is in my usb dongle. Is there anything what i can do with it or i need to get new one.
