Razer blade 14 (2014) is not waking up from blinking green led.

My laptop is working normally and then get into "not responding" state, only can press and hold the power button to shut it down. After that, I cannot turn it on. The logo and keyboard light is on. The power led light is green and fades on / off slowly. I've tried waiting for the screen to turn on for 10+ minutes and nothing. Please help.
