Razer Basilisk (Wired) Flashing Red Light

Hi, I've been using Razer Basilisk RZ01-0233 model wired mouse for a couple of years. Today when I turned on my computer and after showing Windows desktop and using my mouse for 10-20 seconds, the moused stopped responding and I got an error saying USB device not recognized. I replugged it in and it worked for another 4-5 seconds. It happened twice. Then stopped responding to replugging. The top RBG lights are not lighting and Synapse is not showing it. Not having an error of USB device not recognized anymore. But the sensor light at the bottom is flashing red light (Like 3 flashes in a second) Do you have an idea of how to solve the issue? Thanks

Sorry to hear about your constant disconnection while using the Razer Basilisk. Are you connecting the mouse directly to your computer's USB port? Ensure you've performed the following:
  • Restart your PC if you have just installed Razer Synapse.
  • Install the latest Razer Synapse updates.
  • If your device is still not detected, check this article.
