Razer Kraken V3 Pro have problem with Synapse 3

My Headset lost sound when switching to another tab on the website or anything else which caused discontinuity of the sound, and sound disappeared. If I turn off the synapse everything will work fine. Please fix it, I need to run synapse to sync my gaming gear
