Razer Blade 14 does not have power, won't boot up or turn on

My new Blade 14 won't power on. It's been off on my desk since last week and today when I tried to power it on nothing happened. The power adapter has a green LED. The laptop power LED is off. I can't get it to blink white if I hold the power button down. I tried from multiple times in a range from 10-60 seconds or more, and it still fails to power on. I have submitted a support ticket already , maybe someone here might have a fix or something. Thanks

    same problem. worked fine yesterday, wouldn't do anything this morning. is only 5 months old.

    Hey, I had mine replaced. Open a ticket with Razer, and then they will proceed with RMA. I think this is the only solution to get it fixed.

    thanks. have opened a ticket so will see how that goes. what did they do about your hard disk? I've got stuff i need to retrieve!
