Razer Nari Ultimate: No Power

I purchased a Razer Nari Ultimate in January 2021. Today I grab my headset to start work and it will not turn on. None of the lights turn on and it will not charge. When I connect the headset to my PC, Windows makes the sound that it is connected but it will not power on. I paid $182.00 for this headset knowing that Razer was a great product and it would last a long time. I am very disappointed that the headset only worked for a year. When I entered my serial number into the site, it told me it was no longer under a limited warranty.
