Hi, The Razer Laptop Stand v2 is connected to the RAZER USB-C GAN CHARGER and to the USB PD port of Levovo T14 laptop. Whenever the laptop is shutdown/hibernate and the USB-C GAN charger is switched off, the laptop is still powering the Laptop Stand V2. If I unplug and plug the USB-C cable from the Laptop Stand V2, the Laptop Stand V2 powers up from the laptop. It causes unnecessary drain. When I check the Lenovo site, it says: Some USB devices are not APM/ACPI friendly and may not operate properly. https://support.lenovo.com/sg/en/solutions/ht080247-troubleshooting-usb-devices-thinkpad Is Razer engineering team aware of this? Possible to provide a firmware fix? My use case of the Laptop Stand V2 is for my office productivity works and it is annoying that the laptop is drained of battery power when I resumed. If there are cases where I need to bring the laptop to meeting rooms, the drained battery makes the laptop a dead weight.

Our Dev Team would like to work with you on this. Please send me a PM with the serial number of the Laptop Stand Chroma V2 and your MSINFO logs. We'll be using the logs to try to recreate the issue. Let's go from there. Do upload the files on GDrive and send me a shareable link. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
