Razer problems on Thinkpad P52

Synapse on or off installed or not installed is all the same on the Laptop. The keyboard and mouse are currently hooked up (no Synapse) to a desktop with no issues.

Thanks for the reply. I see. Are you using a USB hub to connect your peripherals? If so, does the same issue happen if you plug it in directly to the laptop? ? Let me know.

Same issue plugged directly into the laptop, though a hub attached to the laptop, through a hub attached to the Ultraport,,, same problem no matter what the combination. Same problem as any other keyboard I attached but 10x worse. So you can take it that the Lenovo has some issues but so do the Razer devices as they behave significantly worse that other keyboards although no problems with other mice, just keyboards.

Some more info: Had the same problem before with these devices but not as severe on a Lenovo E580 through a Lenovo UltraPort. Now I have extremely severe problems with the devices connected to a Lenovo P52 thorugh a Lenovo Ultraport. To try and resolve these problems, I reinstalled the operating system again from scratch using the restore utility on the P52. I installed Synapse 3. I connected the Ultraport. One at a time I connected the Huntsman Elite , the Naga Trinity and the Tartarus V2 to the UltraPort. All were recognized and installed according to Windows 10. Immediately after plugging then all in, all three started to misbehave. The Tartarus and the Naga Trin would not switch profiles. The mouse had latency issues then took off. Eventually the mouse disconnected and when it reconnected W10 reported that an unrecognized device had connected. The Huntsman Elite continuously repeated every 4th or so character typed until the ESC key has pressed and sometimes even that didn't work. I disconnected the Razer devices and uninstalled Synapse 3 (using Revo so all the registry entries were removed). I went to device manager and uninstalled all the drivers there under all the various categories. I then plugged the mouse back in the UltraPort. I was recognized by Windows 10 but Synapse was NOT installed. Same thing as before. Tried the keyboard again. Same thing as before. Connect the mouse and keyboard directly in the P52 and I have had no further problems. I have not yet reinstalled Synapse 3 but consider the hardware is working correctly now there will be no problems with Synapse. So now we are talking about an incompatible scan rate for Razer devices going through a Lenovo UltraPort. What can be done to address this? I bought the Razer devices not for gaming but for programmability and durability. Super high gamer scan rates are not important to me. Can this be a user adjustable option?
