Blackwidow Chroma V2 A and Q button not working

Hello, i need help here. My keyboard a and q doenst work after synapse 2 update, if i press Q nothing happen if i press A it randomly pressing another button. already tried uninstaling and instaling synapse 2/3 then changing pc also hard resetting the keyboard but, the problem persist.

Does the issue happen while the Razer Synapse is closed or disabled? Try installing the Razer Synapse 3.0 only and see if the issue persists.
