I scratched off the activation code of my razer kraken mercury and amazon had covered the serial num

when i tried to reveal the serial number hidden by another label, i scratched them both off. i got angry and scratched some more. if anyone can help me, it would be appreciated, literally nothing is working and i am relying on this headset to get me through work.
