Unable to Reinstall Synapse 3. Error Code 2

Be sure, that you have latest .net 4.8 and Visual C++ installed... but sometimes it helps uninstalling the last one... If you have problem uninstalling Synapse - you can use this tool provided by Microsoft: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed-cca7d1b6-65a9-3d98-426b-e9f927e1eb4d you just run the tool, select that you have problem with uninstalling, then select an app from the list. Then remove each "Razer" instance. Short lived. THX Audio no longer listed. Tried downloading and installing THX Audio desktop. Cannot select an output device. I don't think I will ever buy another Razer product again.

Why are you installing external app if everything is embedded within Synapse 3? That makes no sense.

Because I have tried everything else that I could thank of. Do you have any other suggestions that make sense?

Yes, uninstall any 7.1 audio app, external THX audio app, because THX is already integrated in Synapse 3 (so you don't have select THX audio during Synapse installation).

Removed THX audio standalone and the same problem exists. No THX audio device is showing up in device manager or in the list of audio devices. Only my BlackShark device is showing.

You need to enable it in Synapse -> Blackshark -> Mixer tab: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3879/~/how-to-activate-thx-spatial-audio-on-the-razer-blackshark-v2-series

I did that. Tried turning it off and on, and it still does not show up in my audio devices. I just installed everything on my laptop as a test and everything is working fine. What else can I try. I tried to do another clean install and now my blackshark is not showing up in the synapse software at all. aaaaa

Nevermind I just switched it to another usb port. All is well. Thanks for all your help.
