Razer Naga Trinity Side Buttons Issue

Hello, I'm using a Razer Naga Trinity, (Though I've had this same issue, on the same button, on every Razer naga I have previously owned.) and using the 12 button side panel, the #2 button is unresponsive. It registers every 1/4ish clicks. All other buttons on the mouse work properly. I've tried cleaning the contacts between the side panel and the mouse body with a cotton swab soaked in rubbing alcohol. I've tried blowing on the button with compressed air. I've tried pouring a small amount of rubbing alcohol onto the button and pressing hard after a few minutes. I am 100% sure this is a mechanical issue, as it's happened on every naga I've owned, all on the same button." This is really a shame because I do prefer the naga switches over all the other mouses with 12 button side panels, the only other one that comes close is the logitech one, but the buttons behind the scroll wheel do not register as mouse 4/5, the same as the naga does.
