I just bought this Razer Kraken X but after unboxing, I didn't receive or it didn't come with an activation card, so I researched it and found out that I can just register and activate the THX Surround by having to input the SN of the device, after doing so, I got the serial number in the Razer website and was also sent to my email.
Moving on after installing the Razer Synapse (Including the THX Spatial Audio), I tried the Code that they've given me but it says "The code you have entered does not seem to be valid. Please try again."
I don't know what to do, I can't request another code since the Online Services just keeps on giving me the same code after I input the SN.

There is no need for you to install the Synapse 3 app. Download the Razer 7.1 surround sound installer here and use the code you received after registering the headset. If that didn't work, PM me the serial number of your headset so I can validate its model and look for other workarounds to help you activate the Razer 7.1 surround sound.
