1.7 Surround Sound device not showing.
Hi, I've just bought a new razer barracuda x headset. I've connect the headset, downloaded the app, followed razer instructions to install and activate the app. But there's not "1.7 Surround sound" device anywhere.
I'm using windows 11 (22H2 update). I've tried to restart but nothing happened. Please help, thanks !

PERIDOTZompfirst668The 7.1 Surround Sound was advertised to work with Windows 10 64-bit operating system. You may want to check it out here. You can try replicating the issue by installing the application to the compatible operating system version indicated on the website and see if it works. I’ll be locking this thread now.
