Audio Issue - PS4, Ripsaw, Plantronics Rig Headset, OBS and Stream Labs

For my products I have my PS4, Plantronics Rig headset, Ripsaw, Kiyo, and Seiren Mini. i am struggling to get my setup to capture voice on OBS and all game audio/voice on stream labs. After struggling for 2 days on streamlabs i just downloaded OBS. in OBS i was able to get the game audio to come through but not voice chat through my rig headset which is usb and optic through my ps4. I have the seiren mini for public chat which is working when i have it plugged in. according to all the support videos it is more or less plug and go but streamlabs was working when I first set it up to my laptop and had to take it to work with me so when i went to start it up again it wasnt working. Does anyone have any suggestions. also when i have obs up the game valume is so quiet I can barely hear anything on stream
