- Issue 1 (and it's the biggest one I have):
- My Razer Naga Trinity mouse will not turn on at all. The only thing that comes on is the lights but after about 2-3 seconds, it turns off.
Mouse/Software has major issues.
Alright, I will start with how this all started in the first place.
There was an OS update that needed to be installed. Not the typical software update that Windows runs ever so often but it was an update to the operating system itself.
Anyways, I read somewhere a long time ago that it wasn't a good idea to leave things plugged into your computer while it updated because that could cause issues with the computer being able to update and it could also make the update take longer than needed with everything plugged in. So part of the way through the update, I unplug everything from the computer except my charging cord.
After the update was finished, a couple issues came up.
Issue 2:
My Razer Cynosa keyboard and (for reasons specified above) my Razer Naga trinity mouse will not connect to Razer Synapse at all.
My Razer Nari headset and my Razer Goliathus Extended wouldn't connect to Synapse but somehow they are now connected.
Just to clarify. Everything I have is plugged into a USB hub. Other than my headset which is plugged into a USB-C to USB 3.0 converter.
Again, everything besides my mouse is working properly with the exception of my keyboard (and obviously my mouse) which are either not connecting to Synapse or wont even turn on.
I do also wish to clarify that when I unplug anything from my computer (Mouse, Keyboard, Headset Dongle, Mousepad, or even the whole USB hub) my computer makes a sound and recognizes that something has been unplugged or plugged in.
One last thing, the mouse does work on other computers. As far as being able to connect to Synapse on them, I have no idea if it can do that. The mouse doesn't work on my computer and only computer for some reason.
