Razer Naga Trinity Slow Profile Loading

Hi, I have a fairly high budget computer but I swear it takes 10 - 20 minutes for the profile on my Razer Naga Trinity to load - after I've just signed in I swear my scroll wheel and the middle row of side buttons don't work until that 10 - 20 minute time period has passed. Razer Synapse is up to date and set as a startup process and there is only one profile set up for this mouse to choose - what's the issue? The profile taking a long time to load is my best guess but that still shouldn't explain why the scroll wheel won't even work during the "loading period".
