Razer Cortex isn't working

Hi, I have a problem with Razer Cortex, when I try to open it it doesn't open and if I drag my mouse cursor on the icon of razer cortex I get a white screen and if I try to click it it still doesn't open, how can I do?

Hey there! Thank you for bringing this issue to us. My name is Michelle from the Razer Cortex technical support team. I am happy to assist you with your issue. We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. To quickly resolve it, please follow the below steps:

• Exit Razer Cortex PC from System Tray
• Go to this directory > %localappdata%\\Razer\\Razer Cortex\\UICache
• Delete the "UICache" folder
• Re-launch Razer Cortex PC

We will release a new version to resolve it completely very soon. Please update your Razer Cortex to the latest version after our new release. Please let me know if this issue persists. @Razer.Zionzedd Thank you for looping me in. Michelle
