Blade 15 Advanced 2021 keeps abruptly shutting down on battery

It happens after it's been on battery power for an hour or so. Processes cease, the screen goes blank (but does not lose power - it's black but still backlit) and it stops responding. The lid logo and the keyboard stay lit, though, weirdly. External monitor goes blank too. Once it happens I have to power the laptop back on again, and then it happens more and more frequently until it basically won't boot. Then I have to plug it back into power and leave it for 15 minutes or so before I can run it again. I've had the laptop just over a year.

    Did you already try the steps here? Make sure both the Windows OS and Synapse applications are up to date. If you're still experiencing the same issue, please PM me the serial number so I can raise your concern to the relevant team and proceed with repair if necessary. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
